::Well when i wanted to open a tagesgeldkonto there, i went to customer service to the Man called Marco working there so at first i was speaking English and asking him to open a bank account tagsgelf.comkonto and the first thing he said wir sind in deutschland, wir sprechen kein Englisch then i spoke german and i told him well i can also speak german! Then he said to open an account i need also meldebesheigung and a reference konto from another bank account, so i felt this is totally outrageous because no bank require these 2 things!! It should be enough a passport and an ID so this is totally outrageous and then how come a customer service only speak his native language only!! No English no other any language!! So that's a very outrageous behavior from this employee!! I already have a registration address on my address card

::I am highly satisfied with the Santander Bank services. The staff is very pleasant and help quickly. Especially my advisor is available for assistance via email and response is super quick. Also, the ease of banking and instant transactions is one of the features, I love it absolutely. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

::I have been greeted by the an trainee but that was not an issue a veteran banker was there with her to guide trough the process, I am glad to see young people as they seem to understand the needs better of the younger generations. Also everything went in English as i don't speak really well German or i have no knowledge of banking terminology in German language. Overall pleased to do business with Santander and a big plus for welcoming all nationalities to get good banking services in Germany a thing which you cannot say for every bank out there.

::Exceptional customer service Herr Tim Friedrich is my contact person at this branch. He took great time of explaining the whole process of opening a Checking account w/Credit Card. Being a US Citizens some banks do not work with you , however Santander Karlsruhe did with me. Not only did they offer me a Checking account , they also gave me some service I could look into the future such as apartment purchase savings, house build savings , as well as Stocks and Bonds savings/investment options. I want to say that Tim and the branch exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your great customer service and I look forward to working with you more in the future Herr Friedrich!
