  I suffered a total loss on my vehicle which was financed by Santander. Now where can you get a new vehicle "quickly"? So to the branch in Potsdam. There I described my problem to them and they dealt with it immediately, without having to make an appointment in advance, a customer advisor took care of me. "We have to get the man back on the wheels" was the main topic of our 2 hour conversation. After consultation with the branch manager and explanations of the whole We solved my problem with credit terms and on the same day the money for a new vehicle was in my account. Special thanks go to the customer advisor Sven Rüffer with patience and perseverance explained everything "technical jargon" to me in an understandable way. So I was able to call a new vehicle my own within a week. I can only recommend anyone who gets into trouble, go to the branch and you will always find a solution to everyone's satisfaction.
