  First friendly because you were hoping to get a loan and then rude after you were unsuccessful. Really sad, I felt at home at times. Well not anymore.

  After having major problems accessing my online banking, I was very relieved to receive expert advice and help from Santander Bank. I asked for an appointment because there was always an error message at some point for a reason I couldn't explain. Mr. Tataroglu not only took the time, but explained the individual steps to fix the error. Thanks to his help and support, online banking is no longer a problem for me. Mr. Tataroglu made Santander Bank a lot more likeable to me. Absolute recommendation!
