::Unprofessional bank It takes forever to process something. There is not really a contact person. If something doesn't work, in my case, it's online banking, nobody knows what to do. I have not received my account statements to which I am legally entitled for over 2 weeks. The postbox does not work and by post or e-mail and no one can deliver it to me. You can't say anything against the staff, they are friendly and hard-working, but they have no other options either.
