  Hello, can only confirm the feedback from "Stef Kretsch"! I arranged a viewing appointment with Ralf STEINMANN by phone and email for today on November 27th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., in Kettenstrasse, 16909 Wittstock. Standing with three craftsmen in front of the property, no one there! I couldn't reach Mr. STEINMANN by phone. Then I rang the doorbell for the tenants, they didn't know anything about a viewing. Later, Mr. STEINMANN called back, sorry no news, just excuses ... that the owner was to blame! If you want to waste your time and don't really want to buy a property, then Mr. STEINMANN is the right place for you! 16.09.2020 - the statement is correct; )

  Twice contact, twice an incredibly rude clerk caught. This company urgently needs tutoring in matters of customer service. And yes, I also had the feeling that only the money was relevant and not the customer. Advice, politeness, to be persuaded, false! It's enough for us. And so you do not win any new customers. Stay away from this company. They obviously have enough customers, so you do not have to look for new customers. Professionalism has also not convinced.

  This company supported me wonderfully in selling my house and relieved me of a lot of the burdens. Mr. Steinmann and Ms. Gröschel are two excellent brokers and understand their work exactly. The negative reviews are unfounded in my opinion and the company was recommended to me by friends who were also very satisfied with the services. Couldn't have worked better, gladly again!
