::Either the organization here is underground, or everything is simply going wrong for some customers... Since January I have had to deal with the Kern medical supply store several times. Ms. Hofmann (I think that was the name of the lady who served me) was very condescending on several occasions. Not only to me as a customer, but also to her young colleague. Very unsympathetic. I'm not sure if she's ever thought about the fact that you don't go shopping at a medical supply store just for the fun of it, but because you or your loved ones need medical supplies. The raised toilet seat was pushed into my hand. Afterwards I found out that it was probably the job of the medical supply store to install them. About the organization: In January/February both of my parents wanted an electric chair. A cost estimate was promised. We're still waiting for it today. Of course, we have now bought the armchairs through another company. After a while, my mother exchanged her standard rollator for a better one from Mr. Kern Junior and bought it. So far so good. Unfortunately, someone forgot to note that the cash register model was returned to them, which resulted in several phone calls after my mother died and they wanted to pick it up. For about 3 weeks now I have constantly had the Kern phone number on my landline and my mother's cell phone. I first had to google who the phone number belonged to because I called outside of business hours and the announcement told me that I could leave a message, but unfortunately it didn't tell me who I was dealing with. I had a phone call with a lady who unfortunately couldn't figure out why they tried to reach my mother several times. What I find interesting - even though my mother was reported as deceased by the Kk, she is still listed as normal. The rollator was still listed as not being handed in, despite the fact that my colleague assured me on the last phone call that the issue was now closed. Apparently they removed my mother's cell phone number from the file and entered mine and left a message for the rehabilitation people asking them to call my number and if they can't be reached, please answer the phone. Either it wasn't passed on, or someone can't read... Same game as before. To be honest, this is getting too stupid for me. I have fulfilled my obligation to cooperate several times and if they can't manage to talk to someone about what it's about, they should just send a letter.

::On Friday, November 3rd, 2023, I had an appointment for a running and gait analysis. Because of a former splint and fibula fracture as well as current polyneuropathy in my feet, I have significant problems walking. Custom-made insoles are supposed to relieve me and bring about improvement. I was greeted in Görsroth on time and very friendly by employee Benny. He explained to me in detail the procedure in the running and gait laboratory with computer-aided recording and several cameras. I really liked the professional equipment and felt like I was in good hands at all times during the analysis. Overall, the appointment lasted almost an hour because the work was done very precisely and in detail. After the analysis, the result was explained to me again in great detail. I would be happy to recommend the Kern medical supply store as a competent contact.

::We received a very warm welcome, even though it was busy. In the measuring cabin, the employee came to us several times and apologized that it would take a while, very warmly! The measurement of the feet was also uncomplicated and professional. My questions were also answered in a very nice and friendly manner. I have absolutely nothing negative to say and I am very satisfied 😊 thank you very much. I've been to the branch twice now and both times everything was absolutely satisfactory 😊
