::The delivery person uses the wrong mailbox and wrong house entrance. When asked directly by the delivery person, the following answer: If I'm too tired in the morning, I don't read what the signs say!!!!! Maybe the wrong JOB!!! It's always nice to have discussions with the delivery person at 8:00 a.m. and listen to his excuses as to why he isn't doing his job properly. Despite office hours, the announcement is made that you will call outside of office hours. Apparently no work is being done in the office either!

::Just don't send mail with this company! I have already received a letter twice that was already torn open and obviously read as it was quite crumpled. In addition, the delivery of the letter took over two weeks, even though it was within Saarland.

::To get one thing straight, I am a letter deliverer at Saariva and have been working in this job with the greatest care and passion for years. Of course there are late deliveries, but this is not always the fault of the company. As a jumper, I have already visited many places and what I have to experience as a delivery person is below German standards. Please ensure that your mailboxes are carefully labeled with all resident names. Don't label your mailboxes with a cheap felt-tip pen, instead put a decent name tag on them. In addition, many houses are missing house numbers and access to the mailboxes in some places is terrible. It's best if we carry the mail into your living room. Many people have all kinds of bells and whistles in their front yard but neither house numbers nor labeled doorbells or mailboxes. We live in Germany and in Germany such things should actually be taken for granted. Instead of attacking the company and the delivery people, rub your own noses. Everyone should ask themselves whether they, as a customer, really meet all the basic conditions so that a timely and correct delivery can take place. Help us delivery people, don't put any unnecessary obstacles in our way, don't just think about yourself and I assure you that the delivery would go much better.

::I do not use the Saarriva “service” and have my business mail delivered by the German postal service. However, shipments that are not intended for me continue to arrive in my mailbox via Saarriva. Despite repeated requests to the telephone hotline to instruct the delivery staff to deliver the items correctly, and despite a sticker on my mailbox not to post non-company mail, the situation has not changed.

::Even though there are only two houses on our street, the delivery person is unable or simply too stupid to find the right mailbox. The delivery at half past two at night with roaring engines is also an imposition. And we live only 2 minutes from the headquarters on Untertürkheimer Str.! We will refuse delivery from this provider in the future! Unfortunately you have to give a star to be able to rate it here.
