  This branch is almost exclusively the self-service area. An ATM and a self-service machine for account statements and transfers etc. If you would like to speak to someone in person, you should go to Braunsbedra or make an appointment in Roßbach. The area is open almost around the clock. What's particularly positive is that you can also deposit your banknotes at the ATM here. Since I am a customer at Sparkasse, I can also say that my advisor is very polite and helpful, but we usually meet in the other branches. There is also a parking lot directly in front of the branch.

  As always, criticism is unfortunately much quicker than praise. For this reason I would like to make this review. So far I have only had contact with friendly, helpful and competent employees who are there to answer any important questions. Personal appointments are made possible and applications are processed quickly and easily.

  It used to be good, but now the savings bank is generally a reason to run away, to complain when you want to hand over accumulated copper money, the ATMs no longer issue small notes and unlocking money in a P account is taking longer and longer.
