  I am very pleased. Always received friendly and competent advice, even short-term appointments were made possible. When we had a bereavement in the family and my parents came from Bavaria to clarify some things with the deceased's account, an extremely short-term appointment was made possible... I would particularly like to highlight Ms. Gaida, Ms. Habel and Mr Sellung.

  Due to a death, we urgently needed an appointment at the Saalesparkasse, which the Querfurt branch made possible immediately and quickly. In a pleasant atmosphere with Ms. Gaida, all concerns were resolved quickly and competently. Thanks for the excellent service.

  What kind of customer-unfriendly opening times are these? There are problems that need to be resolved immediately and unfortunately cannot be resolved via online banking! Employees who are on duty until 4 p.m. are not given any leeway! A pity!

  I can't say anything about customer service because my working hours end at 4 p.m. and I no longer have the opportunity to use customer service. The vending machine room was not expanded despite the closure of the second branch in Querfurt. And it's not like there isn't enough space. So no one cares about customer satisfaction in the Querfurt branch.
