::We booked the hotel as a Christmas present. The price was high, so I am critical in my assessment. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful and we felt welcome. Even at breakfast we always made sure that we didn't miss anything. In contrast, our "apartment" was a hallway with 2 dark rooms that were getting old. We wanted a real apartment for the price. At least it was quiet since we were in the lowest corner of the hotel. The wellness area was nice and we used it, although the water in the pool was quite cool. OK with me, my wife didn't want to bathe. An additional fee was required to use the hot tub. All in all, the hotel is located in the middle of Willingen, the staff is great. The hotel is getting old and I suspect we were unlucky with our room. Otherwise the price was too high in my opinion.

::Positive We are very satisfied with our 4-day stay during the Ski Jumping World Cup. Booking directly went smoothly. Reserved parking and it was also free. The reception was even exuberant. We had a premium apartment on the 6th floor. Beautiful and recently renovated very spacious room, gigantic bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. So nothing but praise for the room. We have been coming to ski jumping in Willingen for 15 years, for the first time in this hotel. Let's be honest, for us the best of the past 15 years, and that included some big stars. I started the day at 7 am with an hour of swimming in the heated indoor pool. At 7.15 am they will bring you a fresh cup of coffee (where do they still do that) At 8 o'clock we quickly take a shower and then have breakfast with my wife. As mentioned by many, a very good, healthy and tasty breakfast (never had such tasty bacon before). We had booked half board. I don't understand anyone who doesn't think this is worth their money. Super friendly welcome, beautifully set tables. Soup is served at the table. The cold buffet is in 2 places, the hot one is nicely adjacent and ends with a small dessert buffet. The wellness is free, towels and bathrobes in the room. The pool is good for swimming. The saunas do their job perfectly, although it is a shame that the infrared sauna is only for one person. The showers were nice too. More than enough for an afternoon for me. As has been stated several times, this is a bit dated but very neat. Negative Personally, I think the price for HP (+ drinks) of € 365 for 2 people per day is on the high side. It was great but also 50% more expensive than our previous family hotels. Had a great stay.

::A lovely hotel, with wonderful breakfast and excellent pool and spa, right in the middle of town. It suffers a little from old fashioned decor but you can just choose to see that as charming.

::we chose the newer 2-room apartment in the photo, we were assigned an old but well-maintained one.Good location .The service and reception were nice. Alot of old people stayed in the hotel, which bothered us a bit. The bar was very small. The breakfast was good, average. We spent a long time choosing a hotel in Willingen, but this one disappointed us a little.
