::Food was ok but staff was rude. There was a mix up with our order and when we taked to the employee about it she was insisting it was what we ordered (we asked no ketchup in the burger... Nothing extreme) she was rude and didn't offer to change it.

::Great restaurant with a really convenient location. The only drawback is how hard it is to get a table! Make sure to reserve so you don't miss out. What I like about this place compared to other burger shops in Bayreuth IS that you can tell the patties are handmade, not frozen, reheated disks. Good prices and good burgers.
