::Normally here is OK, however on Friday 08.10.2021 afternoon around 12:00/13:00, in the bistro area there was a blonde woman working when I stopped for a break and her attitude was disgusting. There was a gentleman before me who didn't speak much English or German, but enough german that I myself understood what he wanted, this girl refused to walk the 5 metres to him so he could explain exactly what he wanted to her and her attitude and manners were unacceptable, the arrogance was unbelievable and extremely unfriendly, she then handled the food without washing her hands and also no gloves or metal tongs, her attitude was disgusting. Which ended up in the gentleman just walking away and not purchasing anything. She then threw the sausage back in the fridge which was disgusting on a hygiene level, especially the climate we are in now. When I wanted to order a coffee she was also unfriendly towards me and her whole manner was not that of the standards one should have for customer service. I think she needs to find a new job with this attitude, answering back to customers when challenged over the food handling and arguing with them I find outrageous and unacceptable. I will not be returning here with staff treating paying customers in this manner.

::Showers are only open between 1700-2100 and no washing machines on site. Restaurant is closed due to Covid, and the restrooms only seem to accept coins, my Mastercard would not allow me entrance. The food that is available was good, and it is quiet and for €10 a night it is ok, but next time I would park opposite Lidl about 4km away for free.

::The only good thing of this motel is the breakfast. Nothing else worth the money. The room is way too simple. The only appliance is a small TV with just few channels. No fan, no air con, no cattle, no cups, and they don’t even have hair dryer!!! Besides, There were only two bath towels for a family room sleeps 4. Breakfast is good.
