::Top: the location - beautiful among vineyards. Super nice personnel. Great pool area. Less stars because: the website shows only the freshly renovated rooms - ours (and in fact a large part of the hotel, including common areas) is still very much in the 90s. The massage room feels more like a storage closet and has humidity damage. Really awkward to find a technician in our room without notice before we had checked out - not good form.

::Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The food was excellent and the room was very confortable. I picked 4 stars because in more than 1 ocassion the cleaning staff knocked the door, without waiting for my response, and immediately opened the door. They woke me up 3 times in a single morning and on 1 occasion I was half naked. I would be very careful about this because it was awkward. Despite this, everything else was excellent and I recommend it

::Rich and very tasty breakfast. In addition to great standard stuff like eggs and bacon, there was also great salmon, smoked trout, shrimp, sauces, and various seafood salads. I looked forward to every morning. The room was very spacious and comfortably furnished. I have not experienced a hotel this good in a long time. If I have a trip to enjoy this area again, this hotel will be a definite favorite.

::Gorgeous! We attended a Christmas party here and everything was just lovely. Our room was large and well appointed - the shower was fantastic and the bed was comfy! We enjoyed our dinner and the the company, of course. I definitely recommend a stay here.

::Went to the hotel for a nice business dinner. The location was fabulous, the weather cooperated with a beautiful evening, and the meal was superb. Service was top notch and available in both German and English, as were the menus. The wine list was most interesting, containing many local options as well as other gems from around Germany. Highly recommended.
