::My customer stayed and had a comfortable stay. We requested to have suite like room and was given a most ordinary room informing that this is the best one. The customer was not amused and was expecting a high profile room! ----- Your answer is unfortunately not correct. My office confirms that the booking was done with following information. We said already that it is a very high profile visit. ------ Ich habe gesagt "ein sehr gutes Zimmer, Geld spielt keine Rolle".

::Service workers are angry on each other, long wait, without leaving your table not possible to get to know what cakes they have and even if you coming to the counter and you see the cakes, without asking someone you can't find the price. I need some stupid signature to pay by card, food was not that nice.

::Lovely hotel in the middle of nature. Beautiful walks all around and easily accessible. The food was pretty good and they had a nice variety at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are spacious and modern and the showers are rain showers which is always a win. The real highlight was the spa though, great pool, two big saunas and two big steam baths, options for massages and many exotic relaxation spots. Would recommend!

::Amazing spa and wellness area. The garden is well maintained and looks beautiful. Treatments like body massage is well thought through and professional. The staff in the spa make the experience wonderful. I will come back every time, I visit the Münsterland.

::Booked this place last minute as we needed to break up a drive from Timmendorf strand to Amsterdam ferry. Wow..what a great place..rooms were huge..and food was fantastic. It definately felt like a 5* hotel in the country. Will def go back next year.
