::Allocated a room overlooking the river - that was a bonus. It was a good size. Part of a coach party so food was allocated - poor choice was hoping for a bit more variety and hotter food. Breakfast was standard continental stuff. No bar area so have to drink at the table. 50 minutes walk to the town centre but, apparently, it is also possible to catch the train. Nothing to do/see around the hotel which, in itself is pretty and old fashioned.

::Quirky old hotel. All nooks and crannies. Ate here too and the food was lovely

::My brother and I were very pleased with this hotel. Very picturesque view and small village. View of two castles from hotel. Lovely. Host was gracious and made point to meet all guests. Food also verry good. Oh and my room with balcony was outstanding!!!

::I love this hotel for so many different reasons. The room was very clean and had a nice view. The location was amazing with a direct view to the Rhine valley. The team at the hotel was extremely friendly and they helped us a lot with directions and suggestions. The food from the hotel restaurant was good. The view from the balcony was amazing in the night with a great sky full of stars and a complete silence. The hotel is close to Rheinstein castle, Burg Sooneck and few ruins. We wish that we had stayed there longer
