::Was there beforehand to find out how the exchange was going. When I wanted to exchange €2,500 into USD today, they said I needed proof. However, the information sheet states that proof is required for amounts of MORE than €2,500. I went to Mannheim specifically to exchange my money because I'm going on vacation tomorrow and was told that it couldn't be done because there were €10 fees. However, this was nowhere to be found on the information sheet, but it is self-evident and logical that the €10 is included, nobody sells me anything for free. I wasn't taken seriously at all by the staff, absolute disgrace.

::Wanted > 7k in $. I had already written an email in advance with the denomination because you are only allowed to choose 3 types of notes online and a maximum of 99 of them! Arrived the next day and asked about it, the employee didn't know anything because the email was apparently not forwarded to the branch. So the denomination was written down again and a deposit was made. In the evening I get an email saying the money is ready. So back again. Show my bank statement, ID and account card as requested. Then her employee told me that she couldn't change the amount because 7k was paid out and she could only change it for 7k instead of 7.2k! I said that I should also have cash in my pocket. That didn't matter. I proved 7k and she didn't want to change because of the €150 difference. Then not, got my deposit back and went somewhere else - thanks for nothing!

::The only reason why they get 2 stars instead of one is because they speak English, the service there was incredible pretentious, when I asked if could get a better rate if i changed more. The next statement shocked me, whether that was a joke or not, I could not care less. "So are you changing 10 thousand dollars? 20thousand? 1 million? " What the actual hell? When I said I was changing 1 thousand only then did her face" change" into that of a proper "wroker" . 1EUR = 0.54SGD ? When it was 0.618 ?! BAD RATES! EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
