::Hotel staff is a complete joke. During our stay within the hotel we could not use broadband, which should be provided. We reported the problem again and again but they just seem to take the piss or forget about it. On the last day of our stay one of the staff members turned the broadband on and as she said she was sorry. She offered us an earlier breakfast on the day of leaving (Saturday). We were waiting in the hotel at meeting time but she forgotten about what she promised and we had to go to work hungry. Rooms are pretty small but at least nice and clean. They unfortunately are not air conditioned what is a bit of a pain in this heat. We could hardly stay there because of that. Air vent in the bathroom was blocked so that all the condensation from showering has gone into the room and made it even more difficult to stay inside.
