  I can't find the exact words to describe how unsatisfied I am. Wenn you buy sth everything is ok, but when you wanna turn it back, here comes the problem. The chef is so rude and unfriendly. I've bought a washing machine, but it was defective. I've achieved a certificate from the service to take my money back, but the chef made everything possible, not to turn them! They discriminate people obviously! The attitude was absolutely not correct! I'm very disappointed!
