  どっしりとした、とても素晴らしい建物です。塔の上に行く際、工事中で入り口が分かりにくかったけれど、工事人が親切に教えてくれた。町をぐるりと見渡すと、階段を上った疲れも吹き飛びます。

  The city hall and good cafe in the center of the building. And the most beautiful thing is the architect design.

  Very nice building. Extremely rude and unhelpful teller when buying tickets to go to the top of the tower. This teller would not acknowledge us for the first 5 minutes we were standing there, right in front of her. She just sat on her phone. Then proceeded to yell at us for not knowing how the ticket system worked. While there was very little information posted about it. I honestly would was so turned away by this women worker, that I would avoid going again.
