  We were satisfied with the rooms and breakfast, but the only negative aspect was the behavior of the lady behind the counter.

  It can easily be noticed the hotel is older. To be appreciated the Coffee machine in the room but windows and doors (bathroom door especially) allow some draft meaning the climate control should be set on warmer than usual. Good breakfast but very narrow parking entries. Good location near the Christmas market as well. Also, complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. I would check and maybe invest in fixing the draft issues which will increase the ratings and guest experience.

  Cold in the room, the windows need to be adjusted because the cold comes inside by the side of them. HVAC did not do any warmth all night, neither the heater from the bathroom, even tho it was setted to max. Curtain glass does miss some parts, therefore the wather will be all over the floor and the door will constantly kick you when taking a shower. Not so many options for someone that is vegan for a breakfast, i mean you have options for 1-2 days, but I cannot imagine several days.

  Hotel is located in the center of the city. Service is great and professional, helpful and nice. Room clean and quiet spacey. Breakfast is fully recommended, freshly prepared hot snacks with healthy options. Coffee good I mean good 😊. Parking located on down level. Next time I will choose that option.

  All was great apart from the 2 unprofessional ladies at the reception , especially Frau Moawad she was speaking in a loud tone and was disrespectful! We didn’t expect such attitude as we are first time guests to the hotel and come from abroad . The other lady was still a student and was not experienced enough to be part of the reception! I hope that the management gives her a warning about her behaviour and take this into consideration because the staff is equally important to the quality of the rooms ! We had great rooms but were very disappointed as soon as we arrived , we had to leave to get some work done and didn’t have much time to deal with her and complain so I reallly hope my review will be read and seen and things get better as a good hotel should be ! Very clean rooms and comfortable atmosphere
