::I do not speak German. A friend helped me Open an account with this firm. Have talked with very helpful people in the branch. But when I receive calls and say I have very little German the lady just keeps hanging up or just continues to speak to me very quickly with a rude attitude instead of maybe putting me with one of the colleagues that could help me. I have received 2 missed calls over the past two days and I still do not know for what reason.

::On July 1st, 2021, I applied for a checking account at this farmers' bank and, after 4 weeks of asking how far along I was, I was allowed to appear there a week later to sign the contract. Now, almost 2 months after my application, it works Online banking still not. They obviously couldn't provide customer service there. Unfortunately one star is still too many...
