  Unpleasant comments from the entire branch when you forget to cancel an appointment in front of other customers. Impersonal behavior, you have to call your details to the other counter so that an appointment can be recorded and probably everyone who was in the branch now has my phone number. At the end of the conversation, I kindly pointed out that as a customer you don't like having your private data sent across the entire branch. Then came a very cheeky comment: “Then open your account at another bank.” So such behavior is not customer-oriented! And not friendly at all.
