::My wife and I have been customers of Raiffeisenbank for a long time. On the one hand, they couldn't manage to do simple things like increasing allowances, and on the other hand, the bank tells you that you have no idea about your job. (I could list many more negative experiences here (that we have had personally), but there wouldn't be enough space for them. We personally cannot recommend this bank (our personal opinion).

::A great bank, the employees are actually all very friendly and helpful, the stupid thing is that they have no idea about banks. Questions are answered poorly and, unfortunately, the compliance people are absolutely useless. But as a bank for normal citizens, it's okay. But for economic purposes it is better to choose another bank.
