  Competence and willingness to help when dealing with customers are very important here. Also on tel. Any requests will be helped very friendly and quickly. Very competent advice is the priority. 👌👍Unfortunately I have to revise the positive rating. When I was in distress and requested a minimal loan, it was not granted to me. It's a shame, I didn't expect that. My customer advisor was very unfriendly when talking to me on the phone. Other services such as transfers or changes over the telephone are carried out in an excellent and friendly manner by the men and women who work at the bank. Thanks for that!

  Employees cannot be reached by phone and there is no representation. The interest rate offered for real estate loans is comparatively poor.
