  Incredibly unfriendly and listless staff. I was incorrectly charged €60 abroad due to fraud and the staff made no effort to take care of it, saying: "There's nothing we can do about it". The account model no longer fit, so the account had to be terminated followed by a meeting with the boss to determine a new account model. The appointment was only canceled early on the day of the appointment itself, with the reason: “The account has been canceled and it will stay that way.” Total impudence, especially when you take time off work to make the appointment. Conclusion: You should at least expect some customer service and friendliness from a bank that you trust with the money you have earned. Definitely not to be expected here after many years of experience...There are enough alternatives. I can only advise against this bench!
