::After two decades at RB Gotha, I switched because the performance and service got worse and worse over the years. Whether investment advice, financing inquiries or the normal checking account - other banks are simply better, cheaper and more service-oriented when it comes to all issues. It's a shame for RB Gotha, because unfortunately you also lose loyal customers.

::It's a good bank though! A few weeks ago a young woman, maybe 16-17 years old, was at the counter, she's probably been there since recently. (Never seen her before) She has roots from another country, but basically I don't care! I don't make any distinctions She was so rude you can hardly imagine! Everything just fast and no motivation! Otherwise I always had nice bank employees at the counter!
