  I left a review 5 years ago but this time I need to add some text after visiting again. I love this place and in that price category it's probably the best you can get in Dresden. The view is amazing, the higher the floor the better it is. I stayed at the 11th floor this time and again...I was stunned by the view. The room design might be unusual with the shower in the room but it is actually great. I don't know any other place in this city (that I know since I was a kid) where you can take a shower while looking at the city from above. During the night it's just so cozy to turn off the light, open the curtains and watch Dresden by night while having a glass of (add your favorite beverage here☺️). The breakfast buffet is very rich and comes with a variety of food. Totally worth getting it. Another thing I love: checkout at 12. If you ever stayed in a hotel you know how stressful checking out at 10 can be. Not here. Have your breakfast until 11 and then pack in a very relaxed way...that's what you get here. Even better is only the service. The staff is incredibly nice, kind, helpful and is always able to put a smile on your face. I got sick during my stay (brought it from my hometown☺️) and the staff was really helpful. Whatever I needed, they took care of it. Highly recommended.

  Ask for a second pillow if you need one as only one soft pillow is supplied. Clean, comfortable rooms and wide choice of food at breakfast. Situated very near the main rail station and just a 20 minutes' easy walk to the historic centre. Plenty of eating places en route.

  Probably it was just bad day for all service personnel. If you want to be treated respectfully at the reception, look carefully at what you are wearing. To get a table for breakfast, it is better to make a reservation. In order to be able to use the table for eating, you must first clean it yourself. The view (top floor) on the old town is not as gorgeous as promised, but still OK. And design of the room is likable. I have been using the services of ACCOR-chain hotels for years and have not been disappointed. I guess my expectations were too high this time.

  A room in the center with a beautiful view of the illuminated Prager Strasse in the evening. Clean rooms, rich breakfast (I praise the quality juices), very nice staff at the reception and at breakfast. Great communication via email (solutions for parking, view from the room, ordering a taxi service...)
