::Well, I've been with Psd Bank for almost forever, and before that I even worked with the Post Savings and Loan Association because I worked for Telekom was busy. But the new app is cheese! I wanted to pay online with a Visa credit card! That doesn't work! So I'm excited. This is just awful! I am extremely hard of hearing and now have to do a lot of clarification! Or my partner again! Unfortunately, since I live in Bedburg, I can't even do this quickly in the branch! I'm pretty annoyed!@

::I was there yesterday to do something for my daughter, to whom I had recommended the checking account at the time. Since this didn't work at the machine on site, I stood in line at the deserted counter to ask the two gentlemen there for help. However, they didn't pay any attention to us and after about 15 minutes of waiting, we left this branch upset (approx. 60km away)! For me it is clear that all accounts will be terminated!!! I have never experienced anything like it!!

::Permanent Bad Your turn I wanted to deposit €250 into her account today using my girlfriend's debit card. The deposit machine has been broken for the last few days. Went there today, still broken. Then I wanted to pay €250 in cash at the service counter, but it wasn't possible because of the money laundering law. I'd rather drive from Cologne to Bonn to deposit the money at the ATM there (then it has nothing to do with money laundering). Question to the bank: Does PSD want to fool its remaining customers?

::Goetz Matthies once again gives a 1-star rating. Apparently his hobby and pastime, with which he causes massive harm to others. It wasn't "in it", but only gives it 1 star, a particularly "competent" review. I reported his negative review of a hairdressing salon with the text "I don't know it, I've never been" to Google several times until it was finally deleted.
