::Worst customer service experience ! Current situation with Covid-19 is hard for everyone, it does not excuse the lack of friendliness. I finally got an answer from them, in german, without any salutation or excuse and just a copy past of a paragraph of the german law. They did not even took the time to explain the situation to me or offer another option. The following exchanges were not better and i'm still waiting for an answer. As they are located very strategically, they will never lack customers but it should not be a reason to treat their customers this way. I would rather book a hostel than try again with them

::For some nights ok. Enough variation in the breakfast.exhibiton Messe really som minutes walk. Also restaurants in a walking distance.

::Most affortable prices around the exhibition center. Staff was good. And i suggest shortcut if you are going for exhibition, behind the pro messe hotel there is a Mall go in and get out of exit door you would be exact opposite to the exhibition center. Else you have to walk atleast 2-3 kms.
