::What a juice shop .. I just went to the shop hoping to finally get my package. Despite the opening hours, the unfriendly employee with black long hair in the kiosk did not let me through to the post office because an inventory was being carried out and the post office was therefore closed earlier. Allegedly this appointment is decided by the post office. However, an employee of the Deutsche Post could not confirm this on the phone. The unfriendly employee was also not interested in the fact that it was the last day of collection! Hopefully this was my last time here !!!

::This DHL shop is an absolute disaster. My package was not found twice in the chaos. If you were unlucky and the delivery was delivered there, you can expect stress and lost parcels. Avoid it if possible!

::The lady of the kiosk with shoulder-length hair is hard to beat for unfriendliness. It is simply inappropriate to answer simple questions not only to me, but also to other customers. In addition, it might be fair to other people and other professional groups to wear a mask in times of Corona !!! Your own sign at the entrance should be taken into account.

::Friendliest customer service experience at a DHL Paketshop I've ever had in Berlin. Would come here again and again.

::As tourists, we found the service at this Press Point branch to be outstanding, with the staff member always pleasant and exceptionally efficient and informative. Many customers were greeted almost as old friends, and there was a very convivial atmosphere. We had need to return a few times, and no matter how busy the branch was, the service remained at an outstandingly high level. A marked contrast to the service in many Post Offices in other countries.
