::Basically I would like to give the practice 5 stars, but I had to wait three hours on the day of the operation for my operation. I can fully understand that an operation can often take longer. But three hours was just way too long. From the preliminary consultation to the operation and the follow-up treatment, I was treated very well. I am a patient with anxiety and I have always been taken into consideration. Every question was answered calmly. All in all, I was very scared and am very pleased that I was treated very well. Definitely recommended.

::I've been here several times: bone reconstruction, implant insertion, follow-up treatment, prof. Teeth cleaning, etc. The team is very friendly throughout, I hardly ever had to wait and all treatments were always carried out very professionally in a pleasant atmosphere - a great dental team!

::𝟓 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐭! 𝐖𝐞𝐧𝐧 𝐞𝐬 𝐦ö𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐰ä𝐫𝐞 𝐰ü𝐫𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐞𝐡𝐫 𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐧!! I had surgery on my upper jaw in 2019 and everything was fine. The operation on the lower jaw took place at the beginning of this year, and everything was carried out with great satisfaction and I once again felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Dr. Császár and the entire team. Unfortunately, I subsequently had minor complications, which were in no way related to the surgical work of Dr. Dr. Császár or the surgical team, I was just unlucky in good German. Because of this, I was seen in the practice very often and I was always treated lovingly, competently and with the best medical expertise! I always got appointments very quickly; the waiting time in the practice itself was (usually) limited to a few minutes. A few times I waited a little longer, but this was on surgery days and I fully understand any longer waiting times that may occur. The accessibility of Dr. is extremely commendable. Dr. Császár outside opening hours - he can be reached day and night by cell phone and in my case this was worth its weight in gold! A huge thank you also goes to the loving surgery girls - you are the best! :-) You took such good care of me and followed everything! Long story short: If I needed a maxillofacial surgeon again, I would choose Dr. without much thought. Dr. Császár! Everything perfect! No complaints! It's a shame that I'll soon be visiting you for the last time. Keep it up!!! :-)
