Therefore only 2 stars because I think it is important that as a practice or doctor you should have polite professional medical assistants.

::Unfriendly to the power of 10. One star only for a short waiting period. No sensible answers. You got the feeling you are only to be stamped because that is how they earn the money. If you are familiar with the thyroid gland yourself, you already know a lot and the simple questions I asked were answered with "I don't know". My complaints were hardly heard. To be honest, never ever again. I don't want to be treated like on a treadmill - I want to be treated sensibly!

Without any problems, where it is always said elsewhere "but you have bad veins". Either you can or you can't, you can! The woman at the registration desk is always nice and hard-working. The doctor was fine too.

::After two months, until I was able to get an appointment on site, I went to the practice for the first time because of my thyroid disease. Waiting time: In practice, you should expect at least an hour to wait for the original appointment. There were also some people in my appointment who had been waiting for three hours. She asked several times but the doctor just forgot about her. I myself had to wait 1.5 hours for the conversation. Treatment / care: the doctor has also taken time for patients, but unfortunately he cannot help me here or recommend how best to do it. Unfortunately, I don't think he has a lot of experience in the field of endocriology. In addition, the doctor does not offer a telephone conversation or a callback. If you want, you should make an appointment on site. This is not practical for the first time if you just want to talk about your blood values and you have to wait a long time for an appointment to be made. When you call the practice, you have to stand on hold for an average of 15 to 20 minutes before someone here hears the call. I no longer choose this practice to continue treating my problem and I have switched.

::A really great practice. I really felt that I was in very good hands. I was treated and advised very well. Everyone was really very friendly. The ladies from the blood draw and from the reception are very friendly and in a good mood and the doctors are very competent and take good care of you. I always like to come back and can warmly recommend the practice :)
