::Well-organized practice, competent and friendly staff. Only had a minor operation and was totally surprised to be called by the practice team a few hours later. Such patient care is absolutely extraordinary! I will visit this practice should a major surgery be necessary.

::I had my wisdom teeth pulled here on the recommendation of friends and family. It all happened very quickly, I felt that I was in good hands and had no problems whatsoever. The fear was taken away from me at the beginning and I was taken very seriously. I'm very satisfied!

::All doctors and white personel are really kind and caring. They explain all procedures step by step before and during dental procedure. They are interested about patients' comfort and health. They are very professional and patient-oriented. They are friendly and speak English :) I can really recommend to everyone.

::If you're considering this location for oral surgery, AVOID IT! If you don't, you will have to pay extra for an increased chance of complications later... I was not advised of the complications that have resulted undergoing wisdom teeth extraction at this clinic and this has caused me several weeks worth of problems and missed time. It's looking like it will take a few more months to heal from what should have been done correctly the first time. To summarize this practice, it is rushed, non-communicative and arguably incompetent. Update #1: As a result of the wisdom teeth surgery my Maxillary sinus has been damaged and I now have what is called an "oro-antral communication". At this point I'm being told to "wait and see if it will heal". Update #2: After receiving an infection and then having a second surgery to correct it, I'm made to sign a form stating I will not hold them responsible for any resulting damage. Update #3: I now seem to have an infection that will not go away. I'm going to another professional. Update #4: I am now being told by an Otolaryngologist that I will have to undergo sinus surgery due to an infection in my maxillary sinus that will not respond to antibiotics. This is 2 months after the initial wisdom teeth removal and in those two months I've had to forgo time off trying to fix these issues that one of the oral surgeons has caused. Update #5: I have done a CAT scan today and I'm being told that there was bone removed that I was never notified about. I will be going to an ENT later today and will continue to update. I had gone to Praxis & Klinik and they were concerned about the google review. In the time being I have removed the oral surgeons name, but my extreme disatisfaction still stands. It's looking like this is not only costing me time but will delver further into personal expense based on his carelessness. Update #6 2 years later I've noticed the gum area he had folded over on my back jaw to cover up the initially exposed bone bleeds a bit while flossing. At first it didn't have issues but appears to be getting worse. 2 years later I really can saw I wish I had not gone to this practice... there is hardly any recourse in a place like germany as it can take years to have justice from medical malpractice. I strongly urge you to consider other places when considering any of the surgical procedures they offer here.
