  I came to Mr. Rikus' practice in November as a fearful patient with an emergency (broken retaining tooth of a lower jaw prosthesis). As a patient with anxiety, I was taken seriously from the start and felt like I was in good hands. Since my upper denture no longer fit and fell out without adhesive cream, I got a new one and the lower one was adjusted. I had to have 5 broken teeth removed, which Mr. Rikus managed perfectly with the right mix of humor and empathy. My new teeth fit great and look great. Thanks for the good work and understanding of my fears to Mr. Rikus and the friendly, humorous team!

  Actually, he was correct. However, today I went because my filling that the dentist made fell out twice. However, you don't say to your patients that you are disrespectful because you don't seem to brush your teeth 5 times a day. Can be said in a different tone and with different words. But calling someone disrespectful and immodest is, in my opinion, an impertinence. It didn't have to be that way, if you have a problem you should try to explain it to someone understandingly in order to solve the problem. Well, they probably have different perspectives on what respect means.

  The dentist was recommended to me when I moved to Augsburg and I can recommend him with a clear conscience. Everything is explained in great detail during the treatment. The team is also very personable and friendly. Up to now I have been extremely reluctant to go to the dentist, but now I am very relaxed about going there. The teeth cleaning is also extremely professional and thorough and is definitely worth the money. My affected teeth now look great! Thank you very much for that 😊
