::I've been going to this dentist for a few weeks now and I have to say that the only reason I'm not changing again is because otherwise I'd have to drive further than I already do. The following points bother me extremely: - Long waiting times for appointments - Unreliable appointment scheduling (short-term cancellations) - Incompetent team (with individual exceptions) - Short-tempered/hectic dentist All in all, there is great potential for expansion.

::I had an appointment last month and unfortunately had a very bad experience, which is why it will be my last visit to this practice. I know that health insurance doesn't cover everything, but things should be agreed upon. When they opened my tooth and removed a cavity, the doctor told me that I would have to sign something afterwards and that this treatment would cost me €64. This was the first time I received this information and that seems rather late to me. Either it should be done directly before the treatment or, better yet, before the appointment is made. So I just felt like my spending was being decided over my head and I had no say. Really a shame and not at all professional. Today I went to another dentist who discovered a huge cavity right next to the tooth I had previously treated at Schling. A photo clearly showed me that something like this cannot be overlooked and did not occur recently. After my appointment with Schling, I was assured that my teeth were fine and that all cavities had been removed. Therefore, I assume that not all caries are pointed out to you so that you have further problems in the future and the dentist benefits from them. This is not about the well-being of the patient but about business. Really bad job, I'm very disappointed.
