::Shortly before the start of rehabilitation, I found out that I would have to have a root tip resection. So I looked for a local practice. This morning the time had come. I was really "stuffy". Now I can say. Really great, didn't feel anything. I can really recommend it. Best regards

::I describe myself as an absolutely anxious patient and haven't been to the dentist for years. I was in pain all weekend and couldn't sleep. I received friendly service straight away on the phone and was able to walk in today and be examined. Since I was already close to tears when I registered, I was immediately looked after warmly by the ladies at reception. The examination was absolutely great, Dr. Schletz was very sensitive and explained everything to me in an absolutely understandable way. I can absolutely recommend this practice. I have another appointment on Wednesday and can say with a clear conscience that I am going there with less fear. EXCELLENT! :-)

::The entire practice team (at least the ones I got to know) were very friendly. My problem was treated quickly and well. The information about treatment methods and possible additional payments was sufficient and understandable for me I feel very well looked after in this practice and will happily go there again for further treatments

::I recently had periodontal disease treatment carried out. I'm really surprised by the result: worlds compared to before - the gums and the whole mouth finally feel "healthy" again. It's great how the entire team, including teeth cleaning, feels like they're pulling together. My mother had new, extensive dentures made some time ago. She also feels very taken care of. Highly recommended!

::Quite honestly: Very expensive compared to the other dentists in Neuchâtel and the surrounding area, the friendliness of the practice and the staff are very different. At the beginning I have to pay in advance, especially for the first treatment. Less enlightenment. I left for the first time and said goodbye. No thanks.
