::The ATMs are constantly empty. The only cash group machines far and wide in and around Thuringia Park. Postbank should work better with Prosegur. The girls at the counter have nerves of steel and are really not to be envied.

::We have been a customer of Postbank for a very long time. Unfortunately, there are not that many opportunities to receive proper service at the Postbank in Erfurt. Starting with support from a consultant through to the employee at the counter. Annoying looks, unfriendly conversations and answers, no interest in really helping the customers. I don't even want to write about other behaviors of male employees towards women.

::I am a business customer and had to wait 7 months!!!! Wait for the changeover and that I can deposit my money into the machine again. It worked for 1 month. Same game today. Then I drove to the main post office at night. This is not a service!!! Then I tried to get a current account. I applied for it, got it approved and after 2 days was informed that it no longer exists. Alternatives - no. If the employees at the counter weren't so nice, I would have left. EVERY TIME I COME HERE THE MACHINE IS BROKEN.
