::Long wait times, unhelpful staff. Somehow associated with DHL, but also not. Just phone DHL, we don't know what is going on - that seems to be the attitude. Edit: from 1 to 3 stars. The third time I went there, the lady was helpful and friendly. Still very long wait times to get service.
