  Trotz großem Andrang ist man relativ schnell an der Reihe. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und motiviert.

  Unhöflicher geht es nicht. Mir wurde das Paket meiner Freundin zwei mal verweigert obwohl ich ihren Ausweis und ihre Unterschrift dabei hatte. Da meine Freundin aber nicht vor Ort sein konnte, musste das Paket nun wieder zurück geschickt werden. Ihren Namen wollte die "nette" Dame auch nicht geben. Das hindert mich aber nicht an einer Beschwerde.

  Sehr nett - und vor allem immer bemüht, alle Probleme zu lösen. Das klappt auch. Bedingt allerdings, dass sich selbst vernünftig verhält.

  home delivery is too bad every few days I receive posts to my home today he came and then went away without giving me the posts. After that I followed him till the end of the street and then I asked him "why you did not give me the posts!!". (I knew that he came using the DHL app on my mobile) he said that the name is not your name "i can not recognize you" I show him my ID paper, he did not accept that! Furthermore, my name is written in front of my door & on my P.O Box which it the same as the post name 100% since we checked it out together!!!! I also show him my DHL account on my mobile..... I do not know why he did that... I am paying more and more in order to receive the posts in a fastest way. Any way he told me "You should go tomorrow by 10 o'clock at morning to the DHL office". I dont know what is that bad service since I have already received more than 20 posts on the same address, but I do not know why he act like that to me... I am really very very very very very very bad and also frustrated by the poor services
