  After waiting for 45 mins, no one even talked to me. Waited at the ‘service point’, so I guess that’s their service. Allergic to help people.

  I was afraid to go here with so many bad reviews but I had the opposite experience. At 4:30 PM, no queue at all, staff was very kind. I was even late for my package and they found it in the boxes that were about to be sent out, so nice! Of course, you have to speak german. Mine isn't great, and still I managed, but hey you're in germany remember?

  I'm sure the staff here have some kind of competition going as to how miserable they can make their customer's experience. I sell records, therefore I go in once or twice a week to post them. Always the same size and same weight. But for some reason I get different quotes for prices each time?

  Wauw. I ordered a package from the u.s.a. It fits in the mailbox. They don deliver it. I got to the post office after 2 weeks. They say that Im too late and that they sent it back to u.s.a. Very unfriendly staff. The package never got back to the u.s.a. So I just lost 100,-. They are not helpful at all!

  One of those post offices that you better avoid. Humongous queues every time you visit, closes at 5pm weekdays, and 1pm on Saturdays. Staff incredibly unfriendly. Sometimes closed without notice. How low can you go?
