  I try as best I can not to use this branch, but since it's the only one in the area, sometimes there's no way around it. You always have to have a lot of time. It is not possible to drop off a package quickly. No matter what time I tried, the line always went at least to the first door. This has nothing to do with increased customer volume, it is always like that. That's why you actually have to hire more staff. As a rule, 2-3 counters are occupied. I've been enjoying stopping my waiting time for a long time. The previous record was 17 minutes. The negative record was 38 minutes. Actually, I always leave the branch in an extremely bad mood afterwards. But those responsible don't seem to care about these conditions, as nothing has changed for years. It's just lime. I doubt that such conditions would be permitted in another part of the city.

  There is almost always a queue out the door!! Only 2-3 employees out of 5. Nothing improved for years!! Opening hours supposedly at 9:00 In fact, it doesn't open until 10 a.m. and there was no signage, not even on the website. Now please don't give a standard answer, what I've read so far from customer service is ridiculous then you don't have to answer at all!!

  I have been using the post office for five years now and find the branch employees to be very friendly and service-oriented. It is the only branch in a wide area, so there are often queues. Nevertheless, the employees remain polite and try very hard to satisfy every customer.

  Everything is fine to me. Of course, sometimes there is a long waiting line and we have to wait. it’s super normal! I am lucky, cuz all staffs i have met were ok. Nothing to complain!
