::Unbelievable how slow the work ... Do you know that famous sloth in Zootopia? Phew even they work faster. Sometimes the queue goes as far as the information desk at the Montanushof. ::When trying to deliver a package, the answer was that it was bulky goods. It was a 5kg package within the given dimensions, which I complained about. Then all of a sudden the packaging was not in order, the package was not allowed to be taped all around. Likewise, I have already sent 10 parcels without any complaints.
