::After the employee behind the counter finally finished her private conversation with a customer, I was allowed to pick up my package. Of course, there were obstacles involved, but it worked out in the end. I'm trying to get better and never miss a package again. This means I can save myself the constant problems and annoyances on the market 18. What else needs to be said... The parcel service is always very friendly, helpful and takes care of the deliveries. ::The service sector in Germany is very unhelpful and disrespectful !! I can’t speak German very well and I urgently needed help with a form over a call. The lady who answered was fluent in english, but would deny service to english speakers !!! What ?! Are they serious ?!!! Why are German citizens unnecessarily political ?
