  I am zufrieden with post bank. The only advice is hire more mit Arbeiters, because there are times the wait is unbearable 45 min for stamp. Smh The English speaking worker is the best friendly and respectful.

  The package is scheduled to arrive today, but you can pick it up tomorrow. But there is no mention of this policy in the email.

  I went there two times in this year. To be fair, they were good and helpful recieving my Packets and did a well Job. I did not waited too lang, too. ( I can remember it was not in the morning)

  Horrible experience. Whatever time I am coming, waiting line here is way too long. How is it possible that you have to wait 30+ mins just to pick up a package? And not just at peak hours (then it can be 45+ mins!) but all the time!! Often times there is only one staff working here. The whole line gets stuck if just one person in the waiting line wants to deal with bank account things (which obviously is totally okay, but the store should account for it and recruit more staff!)

  Maybe... Just maybe... If everyday your average waiting time is 25 minutes... Maybe you need to... HIRE MORE STAFF? Honestly, I came here perfectly shaved and now I have 30cm long beard and I'm still in the middle of the waiting line. Disaster. Horrible experience.
