::I went to send a package and the man was very rude when my German was not perfect and I didn’t understand what he was asking me. He said “ugh du nicht verstehen” while rolling his eyes multiple times. Sorry I don’t know how the process works!! I am not expecting anyone to speak English but expecting them to at least show kindness and at TRY to assist those without perfect German…
