::Wie kann es sein, dass die Geschäftsstelle nicht wie angegeben bis 18 Uhr geöffnet ist? Man steht regelmäßig um 17:30 Uhr vor geschlossenen Türen. Und es wird an keiner Stelle über geänderte Öffnungszeiten informiert. Eine direkte Durchwahl zur Filiale gibt es nicht, um sich zu erkundigen. Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass der Geldautomat nur selten funktioniert.

Ultimately, the problem remained without a solution. Therefore, I forwarded the complaint to Postbank directly through the employee and your boss. If you read the comments, the branch is just awful. I will therefore cancel my two Giro plus and business accounts at the bank.

::Unfortunately anything but good. For a reason not known to me, there is no polite service and especially when it comes to answering questions, the customer feels anything but in good hands. What moved me to the 1-star rating is that the more frequent parcels disappear in the branch. So the customer in front of me could only be given one of her two packages because the second one has apparently been lost. It was the same problem for me. After 15 minutes of searching (which I doubt, as you could almost hear chattering talk from the parcel compartment) I was told that the package was lost. I am aware that these people only do their job, but simply shrug their shoulders when a three-digit parcel has been lost and that is not the first time this morning, it really is the amount. Otherwise, this is not a typical branch problem; my complaint to Deutsche Post itself did not help either. I should contact the seller so that he can invest even more time and energy and I should invest more money. Unfortunately anything but recommendable.
