::Very bad experience. First I had to stand in line for about 10 minutes. Since I don't know how to send a letter with an object, I asked the nice gentleman. He referred me to a shelf with envelopes, now I had to buy 4 envelopes, 3 of which I can throw away. You don't seem to have individual envelopes. After a further 10 minutes in the queue (despite the high number of customers only 1/3 of the counter was open), the envelopes were sold to me, I had to go to another counter to write on, as they did not have a pen at the checkout. When I was finally able to send the letter, the lady who stood next to the nice gentleman and looked friendly instead of opening another cash register tried to open a checking account for me. I'm 14, I don't need a checking account. Despite my clear statement, she tried to open another checking account as a "pocket money account". I do not need that. I have a savings account with another bank and prefer to keep my pocket money that way. It takes half an hour to send a letter without any prior knowledge. No service at all.
