  Package sent to local branch WITHOUT giving me notification that I had a package - sent back to sender. Second attempt, AGAIN no notification. Luckily I called the sender and they told me I had 1 more day to pick up the package. Why does DHL not inform customers of packages? This should be a standard part of the job as customers have no way to know sometimes when or if they get packages.

  Employees are doing their jobs well but there just aren’t enough people manning the desks. Every time I come here, no matter if it is even considered ‘off hours’, there is a huge 20+ person line.
