  My average waiting time for the last 8 years has been 10minutes and that was okay. But today i array at 13.00 and a piece of paper tells me that the post office is closed from 12-14. Nobody managed or cared to update this information online for more than 2 weeks. I take a walk as it is not worth going home for that time. Coming back at 14 the waiting line already exceeds the entry and wraps around the block. Reducing the open hours during christmas, during a pandemic, while the waiting time was already long and not even telling the customer is not viable.

  Worst service and rude and people. I was at the store at 5:55 and they shut the door on my face having seen me enter the office. Although the closing time is till 6.
