::If every employee was as friendly as the gentleman at the counter on the right, I would much rather visit the branch. Big praise at this point! The ladies neither receive a friendly greeting nor a farewell. Private conversations are brought to an end before you even look at the customer. A suggestion: “Hello, how can I help you?” sounds better than no greeting at all. Everyone has a bad day, but here you can definitely call it a bad climate. In addition, customers should not be harassed because they don't know internal terms such as Prio. I just want advice, not work at the post office. I would welcome a little more humanity.

::Yesterday I had a very special encounter with a bank employee that is probably rare today... friendly, competent, patient, humorous. Even in the age of online services, it is nice to still be dealing with a fellow human being who makes a valuable contribution to customer satisfaction and thus customer loyalty through his special, positive attitude to his work. Thank you very much, Mr. Wunnenburger!
